My name is Hayden Wehe. I am a seasonal worker that finds hard work to be rewarding and necessary. I created this website to show you a peek at who I am, what I stand for, and what I am up to.

My mindset

I am all-in when working on a team during a project. I bring dedication, positivity, and resourcefulness as a team player and leader. I do not quit. I value learning. I find solutions to problems. I am a visionary as well as an implementer.

I stand for

I have learned that I am dedicated to people. I find a great deal of satisfaction when I communicate with people and we work together to solve problems or improve situations. One of my best traits when working with others is that I am a good listener. I create value in a conversation by listening intently and then contribute by expressing my meaningfulness. I stand for human connection and I love meeting new people.
